Before you start: how we use your details
- What we collect: your name, age range, concern, skin or scalp type, what you tell us about it (including any health details you choose to share), your contact details and, only if you agree, up to 3 photos.
- Why: only to reply to you with product suggestions. It is not a medical consultation.
- Who sees it: only the SUBHAGYA Organic team (Bhagyashri and Deepak). It is stored on our website host (Hostinger, India/EU servers); replies go by WhatsApp (Meta) or email.
- How long: your request and any photos are deleted automatically 90 days after you send them.
